Welcome to I-vity Cloth’s Shipping and Return Policy. This page outlines how and when we deliver your order, what to do if there’s a problem, and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
🛫 Shipping Information – When Will I Receive My Order?
We aim to process all orders within 3–7 business days. After that, your package will be shipped from the facility closest to you for the fastest possible delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
✉️ Your order will ship from one of our international fulfillment centers. We partner with Printful for reliable global shipping.
💼 Order Fulfillment and Tracking
We use a print-on-demand model. This means your items are made specifically for you and shipped from the facility best equipped to deliver to your address quickly.
After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any issues, please contact us at ivitycloth@autoproduzioni.net.
💸 Customs, Duties, and International Taxes
Depending on your location, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in your order total.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to see if any additional fees apply before placing an international order.
🕓 Order Delays – What to Do
If your order is delayed, follow these steps before contacting us:
Double-check your confirmation email for address accuracy
Contact your local post office
Ask your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf
Still no luck? Email us at ivitycloth@autoproduzioni.net with your order number. If the delivery address was incorrect, we can send a replacement at your expense.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please email ivitycloth@autoproduzioni.net within 30 days with:
A photo of the item
Your order number
A description of the issue
We’ll respond quickly and offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
🔄 Returns and Refund Policy
❌ No Standard Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
✅ Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
The product arrived damaged
The wrong size or item was sent
The item has a manufacturing defect
In such cases, contact us at ivitycloth@autoproduzioni.net within 30 days of receiving your order.
📏 Exchanges for Wrong Size or Label
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please consult our size guide before ordering. However, if you received an item with the wrong label, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
🌍 Returns for EU & International Customers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Personalized goods
Sealed items unsealed after delivery (e.g. face masks)
As a result, we reserve the right to deny returns at our discretion.
📦 Return Address and Conditions
All returned items go to our default Printful facility. When we receive a return, you’ll get an automatic email. After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated to charity.
If a package returns due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay for reshipping. If no one claims the shipment, it will also be returned and reshipping will be at your expense.
